Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel/reschedule your arranged appointment. In such situations, we respectfully request that our clients provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule appointments. This will allow our staff significant time to fill this slot with another client. 

For any appointment cancelled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice from your appointment time, a $25 (per dog) cancellation fee will be assessed to your account. Repeated late cancellations/reschedules will lead to stricter policies, such as requiring full payment in advance for future appointments.
