Important Notice for New Clients:
Please be sure to thoroughly check your dogs and cats for fleas before bringing them to the salon. If we discover more than 3-4 fleas on your pet during their visit, we will ask that they be picked up immediately to prevent the spread of fleas in our facility.
Additionally, a flea inconvenience fee starting at $100 will be applied if pets are not picked up in a timely manner. This policy helps us maintain a clean and safe environment for all our furry clients. Thank you for your cooperation!

We recommend you take these simple steps to reduce your pet’s stress and anxiety:
- Allow time for your pet to relieve himself or herself shortly before arriving for your appointment. Collection bags are available at no charge.
- Inform your Groomer of any pre-existing physical, medical, or emotional conditions that may affect your pet during grooming.

- Pick up your pet at the scheduled time after grooming is complete so he/she can return to familiar surroundings as soon as possible.
